1.VEHICLE RENTAL CONDITIONS
Please present your booking confirmation upon arrival at Málaga Airport or any other pick-up point selected during booking. Make sure you have your driving license and passport with you.
Payment will be charged when you pick up the car. A bank card is required to pay for the rental. Bank cards mast by in the customer’s name- We accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
The minimum driving age is 25 and the maximum is 75. The driver must have a valid driving license of at least two years and approved for use in Spain.
All prices are in euro and includes the rental of the vehicle, VAT and insurance with excess and local taxes.
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The customer must return the car with the same amount of fuel as it was in the vehicle at the beginning of the rental period. The fuel type is marked on the fuel filler flap. In the case of refueling with the wrong fuel, the customer covers the costs of removing the fuel and repairing the car, if necessary.
Insurance: Third party liability (TP) and Collison Damage Waiver (CDW) ,theft, fire with no Excess .The insurance does not cover in any case for: misuse of the vehicle or driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, the customer will not provide the original set of car keys in the event of the theft of the car, theft, loss or damage to goods carried in the vehicle. in the event of an incident, CYLINDERS do not cover the cost of hotels, taxis or other additional costs . in the event of theft, the customer must report it to the police and provide the ALL CYLINDERS with a fully completed report and the original key.
In the event of an accident or a prohibited act committed with the vehicle, the customer is obliged to: get full details of the other party by filling in the form provided with the vehicle’s documentation and possible witnesses.Immediately notify the relevant state authorities if there is a need to investigate the fault of the other party or there is a suspicion that the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics.
Our cars have no mileage limit, but they can ONLY be driven in the autonomous region of Andalusia and Gibraltar (excluding Ceuta, Melilla, Morocco, etc.)
You can add up to 4 additional drivers for free, but they must be included in the contract.
The maximum delay in returning the vehicle is up to 120 minutes free of charge. After this time, the costs will be charged for each day in accordance with the current rental price list for this vehicle / group of vehicles.
The Customer acknowledges receiving the vehicle as described in the agreement, in perfect technical and maintenance condition, along with all its parts and accessories, and undertakes to use them with due diligence and care, in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Code and other regulations of road safety.
The rental of a car is not necessarily tied to any particular vehicle but to a group of similar vehicles with similar comfort and technical features.
If the booked classes are not available, the client will receive a free upgrade.
For operational reasons, in connection with the inspection of the vehicle, All Cylinders Car Rental S.L reserves the right to replace the vehicle at any time with another one with similar parameters, previously informed by the customer.
The deposit is only charged for Luxury group L cars and X-class sports cars of 700€ per vehicle. For extras such as electric scooters in the amount of 100€ or 150€ depends on the model.This group (and Premium group P) also requires a credit card in the customer’s name to guarantee the rental.
For those who do not arrive by plane, train or other means, we need proof of current residence in Andalusia (rental contract, electricity, gas, water bill from the last 2 months) and a complete address where you will drive the rented vehicle. In the absence of any of these documents proving your place of residence, we will not be able to deliver the vehicle.
Extras such as GPS, stroller in the amount of 50€ each .
The duration of the rental is stated on the front of the contract. Specifying the date and time of delivery and return of the vehicle. Any changes must be approved in advance by ALL CYLINDERS.
The vehicle must be returned at the place, date and time stated on the front of the rental agreement.
Returning the vehicle earlier than in the rental agreement does not entitle to a refund of the amount for an earlier return.
All Cylinders Car Rental S.L has the full right to withdraw the rented vehicle at any time in the event of any suspicion of illegal activity by the client or in case of doubts as to the client’s solvency.
ALL CYLINDERS are not responsible for the assembly and operation of child seats and never installs any model / type in any vehicle. The client who rents them is responsible for the installation and operation of child seats
Traffic fines and towing costs due to negligence are not included in the rental price.
ALL CYLINDERS reserve the right not to deliver the vehicle due to Force Majeure.

CONDICIONES DE ALQUILER DE VEHÍCULOS:
Por favor, presente la confirmación de su reserva a su llegada al aeropuerto de Málaga o a cualquier otro punto de recogida seleccionado durante la reserva. Asegúrese de llevar su carnet de conducir y pasaporte con usted.
El pago se hará efectivo al momento de recoger el vehículo. Se requiere una tarjeta bancaria para pagar el alquiler. Las tarjetas bancarias deben estar a nombre del cliente. Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito (Visa o MasterCard) y tarjetas de débito (Visa, MasterCard ).
La edad mínima para conducir es de 25 años y la máxima de 75. Los conductores deben tener una antigüedad mínima de 2 años en su carnet de conducir.
Todos los precios son en euros e incluyen el alquiler del vehículo, IVA y seguro con franquicia e impuestos locales.
El combustible no está incluido en el precio del alquiler. El cliente deberá devolver el vehículo con la misma cantidad de combustible que tenía al inicio del periodo de alquiler. El tipo de combustible está marcado en la tapa del depósito de combustible. En el caso de repostar con el combustible equivocado, el cliente es responsable de los gastos de retirada del combustible y reparación del vehículo, si fuera necesario.
Seguros: Responsabilidad Civil (RC) y Cobertura de Daños por Colisión (CDC), robo, incendio, sin franquicia. El seguro no cubre en ningún caso: el mal uso del vehículo o conducción bajo la influencia de alcohol o narcóticos; cuando el cliente no entregará el juego original de llaves del vehículo en caso de robo; el robo, pérdida o daño a las mercancías transportadas en el vehículo. En caso de incidente, ALL CYLINDERS no cubren los gastos de hoteles, taxis u otros gastos adicionales. En caso de robo, el cliente debe denunciarlo a la policía y proporcionar la denuncia completa y las llaves originales a ALL CYLINDERS.
En caso de accidente o acto prohibido cometido con el vehículo, el cliente está obligado a: obtener los datos completos de la otra parte y de posibles testigos rellenando el formulario provisto con la documentación del vehículo, y notificar inmediatamente a las autoridades estatales competentes si existe la necesidad de investigar la culpa de la otra parte o si existe la sospecha de que el conductor está bajo la influencia de alcohol o narcóticos.
Nuestros vehículos no tienen límite de kilometraje, pero SÓLO se pueden conducir en la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía y Gibraltar (excluyendo Ceuta, Melilla, Marruecos, etc.)
Puede agregar hasta 4 conductores adicionales de forma gratuita, pero deben estar incluidos en el contrato.
La demora máxima en la devolución del vehículo es de hasta 120 minutos sin cargo. Transcurrido este tiempo, los costes se cobrarán por cada día de acuerdo con la lista de precios de alquiler actual para el vehículo/grupo de vehículos.
El Cliente reconoce haber recibido el vehículo tal como se describe en el contrato, en perfectas condiciones técnicas y de mantenimiento, junto con todas sus piezas y accesorios, y se compromete a utilizarlo con la debida diligencia y cuidado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Código de Circulación y demás normativas de seguridad vial.
El alquiler de un vehículo no está necesariamente vinculado a un vehículo en particular, sino a un grupo de vehículos similares con características técnicas y de confort similares.
Si la clase reservada no está disponible, el cliente recibirá una mejora gratuita.
Por motivos operativos, en relación con la inspección del vehículo, All Cylinders Car Rental S.L se reserva el derecho de sustituir el vehículo en cualquier momento por otro de similares parámetros, previa notificación al cliente.
Solo se requerirá un depósito para los vehículos de lujo grupo L y deportivos grupo X de 700€ por vehículo.Para este grupos ( y Premium grupo P) , también se requiere una tarjeta de crédito a nombre del cliente para garantizar el alquiler.
Por extras como patinetes eléctricos se requerirá un depósito por importe de 100€ o 150€ según el modelo. Por extras como GPS, cochecito o cuna de viaje, por importe de 50€ cada uno.
La duración del alquiler se indica en la parte delantera del contrato, especificando fecha y hora de entrega y devolución del vehículo. Cualquier cambio debe ser aprobado previamente por ALL CYLINDERS.
El vehículo debe ser devuelto en el lugar, la fecha y la hora indicadas en la parte delantera del contrato de alquiler.
La devolución del vehículo antes de la fecha límite en el contrato de alquiler no genere derecho a un reembolso del importe correspondiente al resto del período de alquiler.
All Cylinders Car Rental S.L tiene pleno derecho a retirar el vehículo alquilado en cualquier momento en caso de sospecha de actividad ilegal por parte del cliente o en caso de dudas sobre la solvencia del cliente.
ALL CYLINDERS no es responsable del montaje y funcionamiento de los asientos para niños, y nunca instala ningún modelo/tipo en ningún vehículo. El cliente arrendador es el responsable de la instalación y funcionamiento de los asientos para niños.
Las multas de tráfico y los gastos de remolque por negligencia no están incluidos en el precio del alquiler. ALL CYLINDERS se reserva el derecho de no entregar el vehículo por causa de Fuerza Mayor.Al utilizar este sitio web y reservar su vehículo aquí, usted está sujeto a y acepta los presentes términos y condiciones.
