All Cylinders Car Rental S.L (hereinafter ALL CYLINDERS)

1. VEHICLE RENTAL CONDITIONS:

  1. Please present your booking confirmation upon arrival at Málaga Airport or any other pick-up point selected during booking. Make sure you have your driving license and passport with you.

  2. All car classes are on request and the search engine does not reflect the actual availability. If the class is not available for the selected period, we will inform you in a separate message shortly after you have received the order.

  3. Payment will be charged when you pick up the car. A bank card is required to pay for the rental. Bank cards must be in the customer’s name. We accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

  4. The minimum driving age is 25 and the maximum is 79. The driver must have a valid driving license of at least two years and approved for use in Spain.

  5. All prices are in euro and include the rental of the vehicle, VAT, insurance with excess, and local taxes.

  6. Fuel Policy: Fuel is not included in the rental price. The customer must return the car with the same amount of fuel as it was in the vehicle at the beginning of the rental period. The fuel type is marked on the fuel filler flap. In case of refueling with the wrong fuel, the customer covers the costs of removing the fuel and repairing the car, if necessary. If the customer chooses the optional Full → Empty service at the time of booking and pays the additional fee, the car can be returned empty without refueling.

  7. Insurance: Third Party Liability (TP) and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), theft, fire with no excess. The insurance does not cover in any case misuse of the vehicle or driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, failure to provide the original set of car keys in the event of theft, theft, loss or damage to goods carried in the vehicle. In the event of an incident, ALL CYLINDERS does not cover costs of hotels, taxis or other additional expenses. In the event of theft, the customer must report it to the police and provide ALL CYLINDERS with a fully completed report and the original key.

  8. In the event of an accident or a prohibited act committed with the vehicle, the customer is obliged to get full details of the other party by filling in the form provided with the vehicle’s documentation and possible witnesses. Immediately notify the relevant state authorities if there is a need to investigate the fault of the other party or suspicion that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.

  9. Our cars have no mileage limit, but they can ONLY be driven in the autonomous region of Andalusia and Gibraltar (excluding Ceuta, Melilla, Morocco, etc.).

  10. You can add one additional driver for free, but they must always be included in the contract.

  11. The maximum delay in returning the vehicle is up to 120 minutes free of charge. After this time, costs will be charged for each day in accordance with the current rental price list for this vehicle/group.

  12. The Customer acknowledges receiving the vehicle as described in the agreement, in perfect technical and maintenance condition, along with all its parts and accessories, and undertakes to use them with due diligence and care, in accordance with the Highway Code and other road safety regulations.

  13. The rental of a car is not necessarily tied to any particular vehicle but to a group of similar vehicles with similar comfort and technical features.

  14. If the booked classes are not available, the client will receive a free upgrade.

  15. For operational reasons, in connection with vehicle inspection, ALL CYLINDERS reserves the right to replace the vehicle at any time with another of similar parameters, previously informing the customer.

  16. For those who do not arrive by plane, train, or other means, we need proof of current residence in Andalusia (rental contract, electricity, gas, water bill from the last 2 months) and a complete address where you will drive the rented vehicle. Without these documents, we will not deliver the vehicle.

  17. Extras such as GPS are charged at €50 each.

  18. The duration of the rental is stated on the front of the contract, specifying the date and time of delivery and return of the vehicle. Any changes must be approved in advance by ALL CYLINDERS.

  19. It is forbidden to drive on beaches, forest roads, dirt roads, or any unpaved surfaces that may cause damage to the underside of the vehicle, the wheels, or the tires.

  20. The vehicle must be returned at the place, date, and time stated on the front of the rental agreement.

  21. Returning the vehicle earlier than in the rental agreement does not entitle the customer to a refund for the unused rental period.

  22. ALL CYLINDERS reserves the right to withdraw the rented vehicle at any time in case of suspicion of illegal activity by the client or doubts as to the client’s solvency.

  23. ALL CYLINDERS is not responsible for the assembly and operation of child seats and never installs any model/type in any vehicle. The client renting them is responsible for installation and operation.

  24. Traffic fines and towing costs due to negligence are not included in the rental price.

  25. ALL CYLINDERS reserve the right not to deliver the vehicle due to Force Majeure.

CONDICIONES DE ALQUILER DE VEHÍCULOS:

  1. Por favor, presente la confirmación de su reserva a su llegada al aeropuerto de Málaga o a cualquier otro punto de recogida seleccionado durante la reserva. Asegúrese de llevar su carnet de conducir y pasaporte con usted.

  2. Todas las clases de coches son bajo petición y el motor de búsqueda no refleja la disponibilidad real. Si la clase no está disponible para el periodo seleccionado, le informaremos en un mensaje aparte poco después de haber recibido el pedido.

  3. El pago se hará efectivo al momento de recoger el vehículo. Se requiere una tarjeta bancaria para pagar el alquiler. Las tarjetas bancarias deben estar a nombre del cliente. Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito (Visa o MasterCard) y tarjetas de débito (Visa, MasterCard).

  4. La edad mínima para conducir es de 25 años y la máxima de 79. Los conductores deben tener una antigüedad mínima de 2 años en su carnet de conducir y estar autorizados para conducir en España.

  5. Todos los precios son en euros e incluyen el alquiler del vehículo, IVA, seguro con franquicia e impuestos locales.

  6. El combustible no está incluido en el precio del alquiler. El cliente deberá devolver el vehículo con la misma cantidad de combustible que tenía al inicio del periodo de alquiler. El tipo de combustible está marcado en la tapa del depósito. En caso de repostar con el combustible equivocado, el cliente asumirá los costes de retirada del combustible y reparación del vehículo, si fuera necesario. Si el cliente elige el servicio opcional Full → Empty al momento de la reserva y paga la tarifa adicional, el coche puede devolverse vacío sin repostar.

  7. Seguros: Responsabilidad Civil (RC), Cobertura de Daños por Colisión (CDC), robo e incendio sin franquicia. El seguro no cubre en ningún caso el mal uso del vehículo o conducción bajo la influencia de alcohol o narcóticos; no entregar el juego original de llaves en caso de robo; robo, pérdida o daño de mercancías transportadas en el vehículo. En caso de incidente, ALL CYLINDERS no cubren gastos de hoteles, taxis u otros gastos adicionales. En caso de robo, el cliente debe denunciarlo a la policía y proporcionar la denuncia completa y las llaves originales a ALL CYLINDERS.

  8. En caso de accidente o acto prohibido cometido con el vehículo, el cliente debe obtener datos completos de la otra parte y posibles testigos, rellenando el formulario provisto con la documentación del vehículo. Debe notificar inmediatamente a las autoridades competentes si es necesario investigar la culpa de la otra parte o si existe sospecha de que el conductor estaba bajo la influencia de alcohol o narcóticos.

  9. Nuestros vehículos no tienen límite de kilometraje, pero SÓLO pueden conducirse en la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía y Gibraltar (excluyendo Ceuta, Melilla, Marruecos, etc.).

  10. Puede añadir un conductor adicional gratis, pero debe estar siempre incluido en el contrato.

  11. La demora máxima en la devolución del vehículo es de hasta 120 minutos sin cargo. Tras este tiempo, se cobrarán costes diarios según la tarifa vigente para el vehículo o grupo.

  12. El cliente reconoce haber recibido el vehículo según el contrato, en perfecto estado técnico y de mantenimiento, con todas sus partes y accesorios, y se compromete a usarlo con diligencia y cuidado, conforme al Código de Circulación y normativas de seguridad vial.

  13. El alquiler no está necesariamente ligado a un vehículo específico, sino a un grupo de vehículos similares en confort y características técnicas.

  14. Si la clase reservada no está disponible, el cliente recibirá una mejora gratuita.

  15. Por motivos operativos, ALL CYLINDERS se reserva el derecho a sustituir el vehículo en cualquier momento por otro con parámetros similares, informando previamente al cliente.

  16. Para quienes no lleguen en avión, tren u otro medio, se requiere prueba de residencia actual en Andalucía (contrato de alquiler, factura de electricidad, gas o agua de los últimos 2 meses) y dirección completa donde se conducirá el vehículo. Sin estos documentos, no se entregará el vehículo.

  17. Extras como GPS tienen un coste de 50€ cada uno.

  18. La duración del alquiler se indica en la parte frontal del contrato, especificando fecha y hora de entrega y devolución. Cualquier cambio debe ser aprobado previamente por ALL CYLINDERS.

  19. Queda prohibido conducir en playas, caminos forestales, caminos de tierra o cualquier superficie sin pavimentar que pueda causar daños en la parte inferior del vehículo, las ruedas o los neumáticos.

  20. El vehículo debe ser devuelto en el lugar, fecha y hora indicados en el contrato de alquiler.

  21. La devolución anticipada no da derecho a reembolso por el periodo no usado.

  22. ALL CYLINDERS se reserva el derecho de retirar el vehículo alquilado en caso de sospecha de actividad ilegal o dudas sobre la solvencia del cliente.

  23. ALL CYLINDERS no se responsabiliza del montaje ni funcionamiento de asientos infantiles y no instala ningún modelo/tipo.

  24. Las multas de tráfico y los gastos de remolque por negligencia no están incluidos en el precio del alquiler.
  25. ALL CYLINDERS se reserva el derecho de no entregar el vehículo por causas de Fuerza Mayor.
