Excellent service, car pickup right at the airport were efficient. The car (C4 spacetourer) was perfect for our family of six—new, clean and reliable throughout our entire stay in Malaga and our travels across Andalusia. The staff were friendly and professional. The rental might have been slightly pricier, but considering it was peak season and the service was excellent—with no hassles regarding pickup, drop-off, paperwork, or payment—it was well worth the cost.

We have used Cylinders Car Rental multiple times we were always very happy. Very nice and helpful people, cars are new and well prepared, child seats are included in price. Pick up and drop-off are also no problem - a person from the company is waiting for you at the airport with the car. Super quick, super comfortable. Highly recommended!

I tried to book a hire car online last December with this company, but because December is a busy time for them, all their cars had already been booked.

As I'd used them before, I sent them an email asking if there was anything they could do. They kindly responded fast, and managed to find me a car that was even bigger and better than the one I'd been trying to book online. I must say that this level of personal service, you don't usually get with car hire companies.

When my boyfriend and I arrived in Malaga, we found out that my boyfriend's luggage was missing. It took us such a long time to get some answers but the All Cylinders driver who'd brought the car to the airport was ever so patient and kind - he reassured that he would wait until we got the luggage issue resolved - he was just amazing.

If you're flying into Malaga and need a hire car, these guys are simply the best as their service comes with kindness and flexibility - they go above and beyond. I'll definitely 100% continue to book with them.

Första gången jag hyrde en hyrbil och måste säga att det var mycket smidigt. Fanns en oro innan eftersom jag aldrig hyrt förut... När man kom till flygplatsen väntade de på oss och visade vägen till bilen där det bara var att tuta och köra. När vi lämnade tillbaka bilen stod de åter och väntade och tog emot oss. Inga dolda avgifter allt bara var hur smidigt som helst. Kommer garanterat välja denna hyrfirma på framtida resor.

Jag har nu använt Cylinders biluthyrning för femte gången, och jag är lika nöjd som alla andra gången. Med deras bra priser och ännu bättre service känns det som att allt går precis enligt plan. Excellent service, both when I extended the rental period by email after my initial reservation, and during the rental itself.
Picking up the car could not have been easier. We arrived late and were met by a representative from All Cylinders just after we came out of the arrival hall. He helped us carry our bags to the car, which was parked very close to the airport exit.
The representative also helped us load all the luggage into the car.

The car was perfectly clean, and payment was easily made by card directly at the car.
Dropping off the car was even easier. We simply followed the instructions to the express parking lot, and as soon as we entered the parking area, a representative from All Cylinders was already there waiting for us.

I have friends and family who have also used All Cylinders, and they all share the same experience. I will definitely use All Cylinders again the next time I arrive at Malaga Airport.

I had an excellent experience with AllCylinders in Málaga.

Upon arrival, a representative was waiting for me at the airport exit holding a sign with my name, making the pickup process very easy and stress-free. I received an Opel Corsa in excellent condition, and the car performed flawlessly throughout my stay.

A prepaid parking ticket was already arranged, so I simply showed it at the airport exit and the barrier opened automatically. This attention to detail made the whole rental experience very convenient.

I particularly appreciate that all insurance is included in the rental price, which makes the process straightforward with no hidden surprises.

When it was time to return the car, I needed to change the return time to an earlier hour in the morning. I contacted AllCylinders by email, received a very quick response, and they kindly accommodated my request. Despite the very early hour, they met me at the airport and collected the vehicle without any issues.

Som vanligt en problemfri upphämtning och återlämning av bilen. Fin bil och allt ingår. Väldigt skönt att slippa krångel med försäkringar då denna ingår i priset.

Very smooth experience which is key for a family with small kids needing a car for a shorter trip. Service from the guys meeting us at the airport both arriving and departing was outstanding. Their “all inclusive” pricing is fair and gives you a stress free time when navigating through the small alleys when exploring Andalusia. Would definitely use their service again.

Disappointing experience – unclear fuel policy and recurring car issues

I rented a Citroën and was initially welcomed by a very friendly Spanish gentleman. He explained everything clearly, and the car was provided with approximately half a tank. He explicitly told me that, although the normal policy would be to provide a full tank, in this case I only needed to return the car in the same condition. I also took a photo of the fuel gauge at the time of pickup.

After about a day and a half, we experienced a problem with the car. To be fair, the response from the company was very good. They arrived within approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and replaced the car. The gentleman who brought the replacement vehicle, who I believe was the owner, told me that the replacement car had slightly more fuel than the first one, but that this was simply compensation for the inconvenience. He specifically told me to follow the fuel level/kilometres of the first car and that returning the replacement car with approximately 520 km remaining would be perfectly fine.

For this reason, and to avoid any misunderstanding, I made sure that 520 km was written on the second rental contract.

We then barely used the replacement car. We stayed at a five-star resort for four days and mainly walked along the promenade, so there was simply no need to drive.

When returning the car, however, we were suddenly told that the fuel tank should have been at 90%. This was not what had been explained to us, nor was it what was stated on the second contract. They then showed us the first contract, where 90% had apparently been added afterwards, which led to a discussion.

In the end, I paid €10 simply to resolve the situation and leave, although I completely disagreed with the charge.

There was also another concern: throughout the rental, the dashboard repeatedly showed warning lights relating to oil and other potential vehicle problems. Some disappeared after switching the car off and restarting it, but then reappeared while driving. This made us uncomfortable about using the vehicle, particularly on the motorway. As a result, we deliberately left the car parked for four days.

It is a shame because we paid around €500 for a rental car that ultimately spent four days sitting in a garage unused.

I normally rent from Malaga Cars and have always had an excellent experience. I only chose this company because Malaga Cars did not have a vehicle available this time.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not rent from this company again and cannot recommend them.

The initial service response to the mechanical problem was good, but the unclear fuel agreement, the discrepancy between what was verbally agreed and what was later claimed, and the recurring dashboard warnings made the overall experience disappointing.
