1.How to return a car at the Malaga airport?

  • To return the vehicle to Malaga Airport, you should leave it in the EXPRESS public car park at the airport.
  • Use the link or QR Code to add Parking Express as a destination on GoogleMaps:

  • Near the airport, follow the EXPRESS road signs to reach the car park. You will drive on the bridge until you reach the parking barriers. The QR Code will take you here . Now take a parking ticket and continue driving along the glass facade until you reach the next parking barier. Do not go past them, instead turn left to parking Express.
  • We will be waiting for you right at the beginning in the middle row of parking.  If none of us are there, drive in and park your car in a free space. There are always plenty of spaces, especially further into the parking lot. Then leave your car key and parking ticket in the padlock in the glove compartment-the code number is on the car key ring. Close it and switch to any other number , then put it back in the glove compartment or in the trunk. Leave the car unlocked.

2.What is yor fuel policy?

  • Same/same fuel policy its means the fuel tank is full or partially full when you pick up the car and you should return it with the same amount of fuel you had when you picked up the car. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the customer will be charged for the missing fuel without any additional costs.

3.Where to check what fuel the car is on?

  • Look inside the fuel filler flap you should see the marking. You will also find information about the vehicle on your contract. If you are not sure please ask us by calling +34 951 250 918.

4.What happens if the car breaks down or is in an accident?

  • In the event of an emergency, you can call 061 (if you speak Spanish), or international number 112,where you will be attended 24 hours a day in Spanish, English, French or German.
  • You should immediately call our 24 hours roadside assistance free phone number on 900 300 188 so that we can help you as soon as possible.
  • You may also call us at +34 951 250 918 during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:30-15:30 ,Saturday 9:30-14:00) or at +34 604 400 444 or +34 604 411 190 at any other time.
  • In the event of an accident the customer is obliged to get full details of the other party by filling in the form provided with the vehicle’s documentation and possible witnesses. Immediately notify the relevant state authorities if there is a need to investigate the fault of the other party or there is a suspicion that the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics.

5.Can i drive outside Andalucia?

  • We offer unlimited mileage for each rental car however it is only allowed to drive within the autonomous region of Andalusia.
  • It is expressly forbidden to leave the autonomous region of Andalusia and the national territory and to take the vehicle to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.
  • If you are going to Gibraltar, we recommend parking your car in a large parking lot near the border (on the Spanish side).

6.Parking lines – What the colored lines mean?

  • The white line indicates the free parking zone
  • The blue line indicates a paid parking zone (the cost usually ranges from 1 to 2 euros, but may be higher in larger metropolises).
  • The yellow line means no parking (the fine for parking in a prohibited place is EUR 200, the cost of towing is a minimum of EUR 50).
